COVID-19 Protocols

Volunteers

  • Volunteers will be asked to stay home if they exhibit COVID-19 symptoms

  • Volunteers will be required to wear facial coverings during the event

  • Volunteers who handle food or ride packets will be required to wear gloves

Participants

  • Participants will be asked to stay home if they exhibit COVID-19 symptoms

  • Participants will be required to wear facial coverings when not riding or actively eating/drinking (masks will be provided if necessary).  All activities are outside.

  • Participants will be asked to maintain social distancing when not riding

Food Service

  • All food and drinks will be served outside (i.e., no indoor after-ride luncheon)

  • All food will be offered as pre-packaged and pre-portioned individual servings (“grab and go” style)

  • All drinks will be offered in bottled or cup form (no 5-gallon coolers)

  • Hand sanitizer will be offered at rest stops and at several locations on the main campus

  • Food service will be staggered in groups as participants return

  • Tables will be spaced out to allow for social distancing while eating

  • Tables will be sanitized between seating’s
