What are the areas needing volunteers?

Packet preparation (prior to the ride), registration, food service, parking / security, ride start, greeters, Family Fun Ride, cleanup. Refer to the detailed descriptions on the volunteer registration page.

What time do I need to be there?

Packet preparation is on Monday evening prior to the event, registration starts on the Friday before.  In general there are two three hour shifts the day of the event:  6am to 9am, 9am to noon with a few exceptions.

Will there be food for the volunteers?

We will have bagels for the first shift and pizza for the second shift but we ask that the volunteers eat on their own before or after their shift to keep costs low.  Riders are served first.

What if I can’t serve the entire shift?

Please sign up with a note when you need to leave, we appreciate any time you can help

Can I get community service hours?
