Family Ride FAQs

Where does the ride start and finish?

The Family Ride starts and finishes at Spanish River Church at 2400 Yamato Road (at St. Andrews Blvd) in the front parking area. The route is approximately four miles - completely on sidewalks and riding trails.

What time does it start and when is it finished?

Registration & check-in begins at 8:30am. Safety briefing and National Anthem are at 9:00am. Riders will return to church around 10:30 am for lunch and family activities.

What is the cost?

All adults and children must register to ride. Registration includes a t-shirt, goody bag, snacks, lunch and family activities.
$17 - Early Bird (until March 18th)
$20 - Easy Rider
$25 - Day of the Event

Who can ride?

Anyone! Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All riders must bring their own bikes and must have helmets.

What are the riding groups?

The groups are divided by age: 8 and under, 8-10, 10 and older. (Please choose your group based on the youngest member of your family.)

Is there a police escort?

The Family Ride will be escorted by Boca Raton police officers.

Are food and drinks provided?

Yes! Snacks and drinks are provided at the turn-around point on the bike route and lunch will be provided at the church after the ride.

Are there other activities?

There is a bicycle safety briefing prior to the ride and fun activities such as a photo booth, crafts, bounce houses and games after the ride. There are also raffles and a silent auction- something for everyone!
